Empower yourself to be the very best you. Achieve your personal fitness goals with training sessions customized just for you!

$65 per hour - 55 minute session

(Discount on 10 or more sessions)

Group Training

FITNESS PROGRAM

GROUP ONLINE WORKOUT

Fun and challenging workout to seriously tone your body and trim you down, while bonding with friends and networking with others. Training that suits your level and changes the way you look and feel. Increase energy, fitness, health and love life!

$120 per hour - 55 minute session (2-10 people)

Additional $10 per person after 3 persons in group

Also available: In home / Studio / Outdoors on application
